How does the automatic trading algorithms work ?
The platform provides software that runs predefined algorithmic logic when activated by the user.
These algorithms follow a fixed set of rules designed to interact with market data and may generate actions automatically. The system operates continuously, but only while enabled by the user, who retains full control at all times.
Does Doxia Investing provide financial or investment services?
No.
Doxia Investing provides software tools only. The platform does not provide financial, investment, brokerage, or asset management services.
All decisions are made by the user.
What security measures do you have in place?
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure authentication protocols, to protect user data and system access.
Additionally, the platform follows a non-custodial model, meaning that user funds remain in their own accounts at all times. The platform does not have the ability to withdraw or transfer funds.
Can I get my funds back whenever I want?
Doxia Investing does not hold or control user funds.
Users interact directly with their chosen broker, and any withdrawals are handled exclusively through that third-party platform, subject to its terms and conditions.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings within the platform.
Once canceled, access to the software will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Are my funds safe?
Your funds remain in your own account with your selected broker at all times.
Doxia Investing does not custody, manage, or have access to user funds. The overall safety of funds depends on the security measures of the broker you choose to use.
How does it work?
Three easy steps: 1. Create a DoxiaInvesting account. 2.Connect you broker account with funds (with USDC funds in case if crypto investment tools) to your profile in DoxiaInvesting through an API. 3.Select the investment tool of your choice.
Where can I see my portfolio return?
You can view your account performance directly within your broker account.
The platform may display additional system activity and performance metrics for informational purposes, but users should rely on their broker as the primary source of account information.
I just subscribed, why my account has not executed any trades?
The system only executes actions when predefined conditions within the algorithm are met.
If market conditions do not trigger those conditions, no activity will occur. This behavior is part of the normal operation of rule-based systems.
What if I want to stay subscribed (to not lose the limited seat in the algorithm) but I want to stop the algorithm operations?
You can deactivate the system at any time from your account settings.
When deactivated, the software will stop running and no further actions will be generated. You can reactivate it whenever you choose.
What do the limits mean for each investment tool?
Each strategy is designed to operate within certain capital ranges to function as intended. If your account falls outside these parameters, you will receive a notification every 12 hours reminding you to add or withdraw your capital to stay within the limits. You will be reminded for 3 days, and if you do not adjust your capital within that time frame to the established limits, the algorithm will be deactivated (while keeping your subscription active and not losing your seat in the algorithm).
